Processing Times
Once your order is placed, our processing time is 1-5 business days, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST. After the order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your email containing your tracking number.
We love our friends at the Post Office, however, once we ship your order, we can't always guarantee delivery times, but they're usually lightning quick.
PRIORITY MAIL/EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Selection of PRIORITY MAIL and PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS are still subject to order processing times.
RETURNS - REFUNDS - EXCHANGES
If you don't love your item(s) or they just don't quite fit right, you can send them back for an exchange or refund, minus the shipping cost, within 30 days of ordering. All items must be in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.
At this time returns cost are not covered, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or required payment for your exchange.
