Processing Times

Once your order is placed, our processing time is 1-5 business days, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST. After the order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your email containing your tracking number.

We love our friends at the Post Office, however, once we ship your order, we can't always guarantee delivery times, but they're usually lightning quick.

PRIORITY MAIL/EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Selection of PRIORITY MAIL and PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS are still subject to order processing times.

RETURNS - REFUNDS - EXCHANGES

Return Policy

We want you to love your FRLS271 Apparel purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must still be attached.
Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
